Responsibility for Shipping

At Prima USA Inc., all shipping arrangements and associated costs are the full responsibility of the customer. While we do not coordinate or set up freight or shipping services directly, our team is available to assist you with relevant shipping details and documentation to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Customer Arranged Shipping

Customers are expected to coordinate their own shipping, including carrier selection, scheduling, and payment. Once a purchase is finalized and the product is ready for shipment, we will provide you with all necessary pickup details including dimensions, weights, and pickup location.

Assistance and Support

Though we do not book freight on behalf of our customers, we are here to support you. We can provide information about commonly used freight providers, answer any questions related to the readiness of the equipment, and ensure your selected carrier has access to the correct pickup instructions.

Risk of Loss

Once the product leaves our facility, all risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer and/or the chosen freight carrier. We strongly recommend that customers consider insuring their shipment for added protection.
